[Asterisk-Users] Polycom IP501 Buddy List

I have a problem with my Polycom phones.  In the buddy list, the phone 
displays all but three employees.

For those three employees, there is no difference in any of the 
configurations.

Is there a secret to getting all employees into the buddy list?
