Karlos,
Sounds like you want ignorepat => 2 (or 3) in the context that holds the
dial patterns. This will continue the dialtone after you dial 2 or 3 in
your dialplan.
IE:
[system-2]
ignorepat => 3
exten => _3XX,s,1,Dial(IAX2/system-2/${EXTEN})
