The H323 patch for A at H is very out dated. Try
http://www.mbit.com.au/h323/h323.zip
It should have everything you need to get H323 up and running.

If you have asterisk 1.2.4 version you must have to compile oh323 as in
http://www.oinko.net/astrecipes/index.php?n=40 but replacing the
versions from:
