[Asterisk-Users] Using softphone from a remote location to get into *

take a look at the following things
-> enable nat on asterisk
-> if you are using a perimeter firewall then forward port 5060 , 10000
-20000 ( these are default )
-> use correct sip proxy address on you xlite phone
