[Asterisk-Users] SendDTMF in connected call?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to implement the following:

* an incoming call is connected to an internal extension (the internal
  channel is the target of the "dial")
* Asterisk listens for DTMF generated by the internal extension (the
  dialed party)
* when it detects DTMF, it jumps to a new context for the dialing party;
  I suppose the dialed party could be hung up on, or sent to another
  context, but this is not as important.

Specifically, when the called party sends DTMF, I want Asterisk to
detect this, and send (other, possibly different) DTMF to the
calling party. But a more generic "goto context" would be more
useful I'd expect.

I know this is possible by having the internal extension simply transfer
the call to a different extension; however, this is not a suitable
solution in this case. I need a "one button press" (dtmf tone) solution.
