you check your a2billing.conf file:

; Please enter here the file you want to play when we prompt the calling
party to enter his destination number
; file_conf_enter_destination = prepaid-enter-number-u-calling-1-or-011
file_conf_enter_destination = prepaid-enter-dest

I think this file should help you.
