[Asterisk-Users] Voicemail volume adjustment

I know this isn't what you asked for, but I think I achieved the same 
effect by changing the format= line to put wav first, not wav49.  Of 
course, if you've already modified this line to use gsm or something 
else, then this really wont' help :P
