[Asterisk-Users] when I press "transfer" -> blind -> 700 .
The user is not able to hear what extension the call was parked on

This is the way blind transfers work. The transferring party doesn¹t get to
hear anything. For call parking, you have no choice but to use supervised
transfer if you want the user to hear the parking space. If it worked
before, it must have been dumb luck with the timing.
