[Asterisk-Users] Question about SIP or IAX2 or both for Asterisk.

Dear Friends and Supporters!

I have successfully installed the asterisk at home, and it is working perfectly with sip and iax2 users.  However, I am wondering that should we use only sip or only iax2?   If we use both of them,  does it take a lots of cpu resources to translate between sip with iax2 users?
