[Asterisk-Users] Where has the outbound call directory gone

I have installed 1.2.9.1 and it has no "/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing"
directory. I must have missed some change in this addition when
upgrading. Does anyone know where the automatic outgoing call directory
has gone?
