[Asterisk-Users] OT: Cellular boosters

This isn't really a fix for the people missing calls, but one solution I
found was to limit the amount of time a call rings for to a cell phone. If
it doesn't answer in X seconds, then dial again. This isn't a perfect
solution, but helps some.
