[Asterisk-Users] How to redirect an incoming call to an external phone numer

Of course... you only need to Dial to other port FXO connected to PSTN and
passing the number as extension:

[redirection] ; your inconming-calls context
exten=>s,1,Dial(Zap/${OTHER_FXO}/${EXTERNAL_NUMBER})
exten=>s,2,Hangup
