If you mean to "grab" a call that is currently in the Voicemail application, then no - nothing is currently implemented to do exactly this. There are some things out there that if you put them together they might be able to do this. Like redirecting an active call to another extension/context. If this isn't what you meant, then please do respond with a better explanation.
