[asterisk-users] DUNDi 'Unable to Find Key'

I'm trying to trunk calls from one asterisk box to another with DUNDi.
The following is appearing in my /var/log/asterisk/messages file:

What the heck is going on? At one point, I removed my astdb file on one of the systems, which may have goofed things up. I've since removed astdb on all three asterisk boxes, and done a 'dundi flush' also, but the messages keep re-appearing.

When dialling the number with IAX, and this problem occurs, Asterisk completely goes out to lunch. Most console commands no longer respond.

Anyone got any ideas?
