Hi Edwin,

I'd check here:  http://www.sandman.com/colookup.asp

I couldn't find mine listed there, so I had to call the operator a 
couple of times until someone gave me the number to the local CO.  A guy 
there was able to give me the milliwatt test # and the "silence" #.
