For only 12 units I don't think it is worth the little amount of money
you might make.
Especially when taking into account the financial risks involved if they
don't pay the bills etc.
Why not go and build a monster myth tv box with 12 FE's and them charge
them for access to this.

It is my friend's property.
I guess we can provide few services like voicemail, cheeper long
distanse cheeper subscription.
Is it realy worth it?
