[Asterisk-Users] asterisk 1.2.2 and zap channel voice detection

I was wondering if there is anything new in 1.2.2 for zap channels (analog)
that can detect when a person answers the call?

When I place calls in a call file (just to speak the demo-congrats 
message) for an
analog channel it dials and starts playing the mesage before I even 
answer the phone.

Has this been improved any in 1.2.2? This only happens for analog calls.
