[Asterisk-Users] ztdummy on opteron

This basicaly means you need to recompile the kernel with HZ=1000.
On a 2.6.x kernel in make menuconfig you can find this under
Processor type and features  --->
    Timer frequency (1000 HZ)  --->
        100,250,1000
