[Asterisk-Users] New RPM packages for CentOS4.0

Here's what you get when in a hurry! The correct URL's are:

	ftp://ftp.linuxsys.com/pub/releases/CentOS-4.0

All packages are compiled and tested on CentOS 4.2.
