[Asterisk-Users] app_rxfax.so and app_txfax.so

I wonder if there might be a reason why the download directory for 
spandsp has a notice saying:

SPANDSP_0.0.2_IS_FOR_USERS
SPANDSP_0.0.3_IS_FOR_DEVELOPERS
