[Asterisk-Users] Billing inbound calls per minute

Hours of struggling later, I have found the problem. Here is the
correct format for those outgoing calls.
SIP/1403XXXXXXX at provider||L(54081429:60000:30000)|Hj
I'll try to get a patch done up one of these days.
