[Asterisk-Users] FXO port on TDM400P hangs!!

POWER FLUCTUATIONS I have in abundance!
My * is on a modest machine (Duron 3000+, 512RAM, a good Gigabyte MB and a
cheap PSU). I've got a TDM400P card with one FXS and three FXO. The UPS is
as good as I'm willing to put into the box.
If power fluctuations are known to cause such problems I'll have to upgrade
the PSU to something good.
Anyone else had such problems because of power fluctuations?
