AFAIR it will depend on the bluetooth dongle you use, some are able to
do concurrency, some are not.

Also, it may be necessary (Dont know enough about BT to tell exactly) to
buy different phones to spread the data on all channels equally.  I
think (not sure - again) one channel can only be used by one connection
at a time - and even if it was possible, the BT Bandwidth per channel
or even (just like wlan) in total is very limited.

And (as GSM Restriction) one can do only one call per phone (conferences
and "onHold" are managed by the GSM-"AP").
