[asterisk-users] When line in use busy signal?!

hello all,
 
how isit possible to give a busy signal if the line is in use?
For me it is ringing and signaling on my phone, when i call out and i
get another call.
 
My hint is this:
 
exten => 31,hint,SIP/1000131&SIP/1000131a
 
i have one softphone an one hardphone
