[asterisk-users] AstManProxy - Manager

Astmanproxy is just a proxy. It it just taking the load off asterisk
for multiplexing multiple Asterisk manager connections, but it does
not change the protocol (except to add a couple of features) unless
you select one of the non "standard" plugins.
