And don't forget to adapt the EXTEN in the Dial command, else it will
send one digit too much to voiptalk:
exten => _90[1-9].,1,Dial(IAX2/84456557 at voiptalk/44${EXTEN:2})
exten => _900.,1,Dial(IAX2/84456557 at voiptalk/${EXTEN:3})
exten => _909XX,1,Dial(IAX2/84456557 at voiptalk/${EXTEN:1})
(notice the ${EXTEN:x} syntax where "x" is the number of digits to cut
off from the beginning)
