If you have this setup

[your telephones] --- [asterisk] ---SIP-line--- [provider] --- [pstn]

you probably cannot select in asterisk wether calls will be "anonymous"
or CLIP sent. At least the SIP providers I have accounts with do not
accept any such signalling via SIP - instead, if at all, they have a
web-interface where customers can choose to have a number transmitted
all the time or not at all. Several providers do not even give you the
choice, they always send the number.
