[asterisk-users] CTI: put on hold a call

I´m looking for the same feature performed with the manager, but I think 
should be the same problem you are experiencing

I need to place music on hold (park) an specific call, while the agent 
performs a process/question/inquiry, and then retakes the call.

Is there not a way to park the call?
