Basically the SLA stuff uses meetme to create a "line". You then specify
a trunk and stations (phones). You can also create a hint which points
to the SLA so you can see if it is in use, on hold, etc. It doesn't
touch chan_sip at all or anything else, and doesn't allow you to
register multiple phones to a single peer entry.
