[asterisk-users] Voicemail and languages other than english doesn't seem to work well

	The correct location for sounds is:

/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/fr/*.gsm - for general sounds
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/digits/fr/*.gsm
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/letters/fr/*.gsm
/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/phonetic/fr/*.gsm
