In zapata.conf you can specify a group like this:

context = isdn30_1
switchtype=euroisdn
callerid=asreceived
signalling = pri_cpe
group = 2
channel => 1-15
channel => 17-31

And then dial with ZAP/g2/<number to dial>

Then Asterisk finds an available channel and use that to make the call.
