The Page application is app_page.so (located in 
/usr/lib/asterisk/modules on RH systems). It is present in v1.2.10 and 
at least at  SVN-trunk-r16869M (June 4, 2006).

 From the CLI, do a 'show modules like page' to see if it is loaded.
