[asterisk-users] Cisco 7960 password reset

Fastest way (wipes everything out):

1. Power off the phone completely.
2. Hold down the # key, then power the phone on.
3. Continue holding the # key until the LCD gives you a status message.
4. Follow the prompts to do a full factory reset, which resets the 
password as well.
