[asterisk-users] Issues compiling addons on Fedora Core 3

Asterisk source dir is one level up from this. Basically (and this is the
same way it compiles on our other servers):
/home/user
->/home/user/asterisk-1.2.10
->/home/user/asterisk-addons-1.2.23
