Gary,
in the web interface select 'Resources' > 'Interfaces'. Add an 'Outgoing
SIP Trunk' or 'Outgoing IAX Trunk'. Select 'NoRestrict' to place it in
the 'NoRestrict' context. Once you have added this trunk, you can edit
the trunk parameters (gateway, user, secret, ...) by clicking on the
Interface type. These trunk parameters are supplied to you by your VOIP
provider.
Don't forget to commit your changes to your net.PBX by pressing 'Apply
Changes'.
