[asterisk-users] sip incoming stop working,
	what to look for in logs?

Hello all!
I just got a call from a client of mine stating that they could make 
outbound calls fine, but all incoming calls where met with a busy signal.
Now, it's been running along fine for a while now, and its been at least 1 
week since the last "reload".
I "fixed" it by just doing a reload of sip: "sip reload".  I'm running 
asterisk 1.2.7.1 and doing VOIP only.
In troubleshooting the cause of this "incoming hang", what should i be 
looking for in the logs? what are some cases in which this could happen?
