[asterisk-users] SIP/Qualify

Hi List,
I am not sure what this issue is. I am having a problem where I have 2 phones that are behind NAT on the same internet connection.  The asterisk server has a public IP. Using asterisk real time1.2.10 on CentOS 4.3 with Ztdummy. For some reason I can only get ahold of one of the phones at a time. If I do
sip show peers
I get:

I have Qualify=2000 (in mysql) but that dosent seem to work. I can only get to one of the phones but never both. Anyone have this before ?
