[asterisk-users] Polycom 501 : How to make it ring when already on a call

I would be interested in knowing if this can be changed.  It can`t have been
designed like this with no option to change it.

So I`m throwing this question back in the arena: Can you get the Polycom 501
to ring when a calls comes in and the user is already on a call?

The Snom 360 can certainly do this - you can have a muted ringer, or just
visual indication, or you can turn it off entirely.
