[Asterisk-Users] Is this possible? (queue setup)

Hi all.
Is it possible to make all the queue stuff (pre-pick up,
music-on-hold, announce position, etc.) just kick in when there is no
queue member available?
If there is one available, just ring the member while the external
call is still ringing, and when the member answers it, asterisk answer
the incoming call and bridge them together. Just like any normal
incoming call. But, if the queue run out of available members, then
put people on hold, explain you are very busy, make them hear music,
etc.
That may be possible with very much hand tweaking and scripts, just
would like to hear from more experienced users.
P.S.: I know about the option to swap MOH for a ringback tone, but
that is not exactly what I want (I would like to also get rid of
anouncements if members available, and *not* get rid of MOH if no
members available).
Thank you,
Andre
