One thing I noticed with @home 1.5 is that I never got it to work with my
TDM FXS until I disabled the newer TDM drivers and used the old drivers,
then hand-wrote my zaptel and zapata.conf and didn't use the automatic
zaptel configuration script then it worked perfect. So for me, I would
'modprobe wcfxs' and for you it would be 'modprobe wct1xxp' give it a shot.
zapata and zaptel.conf are super bitchy to get right, this is one case where
you want to hand-generate your conf instead of autogenerating it.

This is an *@home <mailto:*@home> installation. I tried both pri_net and
pri_cpe.
Checking for whitespace.

Did you compile and install libpri *before* Asterisk? I had same problem
(among others) b/c I didn't install in the correct order. Try the awesome
asterisk_update.sh shell script.
Are you trying to emulate CPE or NET? Try signalling=pri_cpe
Check for whitespace behind the statement, zapata.conf seems bitchy about
whitespace.
