It's waiting for the caller ID.  You would have to disable that to get 
it to answer on the 1st ring.  Maybe you need other settings for the UK. 
  I don't know how CID works there.  Do you get the caller ID?  Youc an 
do a NoOp(${CALLERID}) to see.
