Hello,
         If bandwith is not a problem, you should take a look at
         Openvpn[1]. It's a VPN solution with both Windows and
         Linux clients, and ot has proxy tunneling suport.
         If you install an openvpn server listening on port 443, he shouldn't
         have any problems connecting.
