[Asterisk-Users] Problem with Queues

[Crystal Stream, Incorporated]

I am getting this on the console once people call in 

   -- outgoing agentcall, to agent '1001', on
'Local/3044 at local-fd6d,1'
    -- Called Agent/1001

    -- Executing Dial("Local/3044 at local-fd6d,2",

    -- SIP/3044-6a6e answered Local/3044 at local-fd6d,2
    -- Local/3044 at local-fd6d,1 answered, waiting for
'#' to acknowledge

    -- Started music on hold, class 'default', on
Local/3044 at local-fd6d,2

    -- Stopped music on hold on
Local/3044 at local-fd6d,2


Now, I answer, press # on my phone to acknowledge the
call and it goes back again.....Am I doing something
