[Asterisk-Users] qualify=yes

I was just wondering if I can leave qualify=yes set on "all" my trunks.???
Originally I had it only setup in one..

 

Is nice to see the ms reported back..

 

Is a bad idea? Is that hammering the other servers? Or mine?
