[Asterisk-Users] Send SIP NOTIFY frequency

Am I missing a parameter somewhere or does a frequency (eg 5 mins) for 
sending NOTIFY when there is voicemail does not exist? The clients are 
registered on SER so if they are offline when the voicemail comes in, they 
miss the notify message with no chance of getting it again except if I 
reload Asterisk.
