[Asterisk-Users] ${VM_CIDNUM} shows up but ${VM_CALLERID} & ${VM_CIDNAME} don't?

Hi,

In modifying the template for voicemail emails, I can
only get ${VM_CIDNUM} to appear in an email.

Does anyone know how to get the others to appear?
