[Asterisk-Users] How to uninstall

[Technical Support]

I wish to completely remove all signs of asterisk from a Linux machine.  Is
there an automated uninstall (eg: make uninstall)?
 
If not, does someone have a link to a page describing how to uninstall
asterisk (v 1.0.9)
