these go under [channels] 

for me the distro asterisk package didnt hang up properly on busy signal. I 
needed to download the source and uncomment BUSYDETECT_MARTIN (afair) in the 
makefile before compilation to make it work. Please also remember to load the 
right tone zone (/etc/zapata.conf) for your country, otherwise asterisk won't 
be able to recognize the busy signal
