 Yes. You can use the openh323 toolkit along with the ast-oh323 channel to 
do this or you can also try and use the more recent native h323 channel 
driver provided by Digium. 
  My experience with doing this comes from doing it with the openh323 
toolkit with the ast-oh323 channel and it does work well.
