Well, on our clients' ADSL connections (256k up and down) we seem to be able
to push between 9 and 12 calls over it with g729 or gsm and iax trunking.

Unless the traffic is being used for other stuff apart from voice traffic,
there's no benefit to getting a 2mb package since by definition voice
traffic is pretty synchronous.
